I have this weird memory of hearing rapping over part of that song (which is on "End Hits") -- it's the intro of the song with the heavy delay guitar.

It's a song that Ian sings, actually, so I don't think so. Plus the part I'm hearing in my head doesn't have any singing over it. BTW, I'm actually forgetting if it's the intro. I don't have any headphones on me so I can't check.

In Fade to Black there's a bit where Rick Rubin plays a Fugazi song and Jay raps over it, that's probably what you're thinking of.
