Still worth seeing for a casual fan, or are there glory days too far past them now? I've heard they're one of the loudest bands around. Maybe I should bring some earplugs if I go.

Still worth seeing for a casual fan? Absolutely. Caught them a couple of summers ago in Dublin when they played to a packed, sweaty house and they absolutely blew everyone away. Al was all fat and fucked up and still had those bones hanging from his mike stand... I mean metal pantomime for sure but hugely enjoyable. They played everything you'd want them to too; mostly from older, more popular albums, but also the good shit from the more recent ones (Filth Pig was my favourite track of the night in fact). Go see them.

I saw them a couple of years ago at Roseland - they were decent. I'm gonna go this time, too, mostly for the RevCo set. Saw them in 1990 and they were fantastic.
