With all the eastern european countries voting for one another it's hard to imagine an entry from western europe winning.
However just maybe the schoolgirl gimmick might do the trick.

I saw an 'onstage' performance of it yesterday on TV.

umm, it does kinda look like a 'wacky' ukranian entry, in english.
