GOD PUNCH TO HAWKWIND (yournullfame), Friday, 19 May 2006 03:48 (nineteen years ago)

guess papers (eman), Friday, 19 May 2006 03:56 (nineteen years ago)

oh. Hanatarash 3 is one of the top ten albums of all time.

"GOD-NOISE-GOD" is like woah

Stormy Davis (diamond), Friday, 19 May 2006 04:03 (nineteen years ago)

So what was this YSI I'm hearing about exactly? It must have been a while ago, before they were banned here, huh.

xgurggleglgllg (xgurggleglgllg), Friday, 19 May 2006 05:46 (nineteen years ago)

oh wow. suddenly i remember i have some hanatarash LPs and CDs. guess i'll listen to them sometime.

oh, and a UFO OR DIE cassette. wonder what that sounds like. should i like, play it in a cassette player, or should i scrape it on a destroyed mic feeding a crate practice amp while i fake-play an air guitar solo?

the matching mole, Friday, 19 May 2006 15:11 (nineteen years ago)

You lucky guy.

xgurggleglgllg (xgurggleglgllg), Friday, 19 May 2006 15:56 (nineteen years ago)

I saw UFO OR DIE at CBGB about 15 years ago, maybe a little longer. I remember lots of jumping around, but I have absolutely no memory of the sound.

jon, tell me more about that last thing!, please...

bb (bbrz), Friday, 19 May 2006 17:03 (nineteen years ago)

ufo or die is actually pretty cool, kind of melt-banana-ish (or just early boredoms-ish), but paired down, so more of a punk rock thing than a sound collage/chaos thing

Dominique (dleone), Friday, 19 May 2006 17:05 (nineteen years ago)

Isn't there a UFO or DIE album where its just drums and sampler?

JW (ex machina), Friday, 19 May 2006 17:27 (nineteen years ago)

don't know, in fact just looked at Sore Diamonds, and there were a lot more UFO or Die than I knew existed (i've only heard cassette tape superstar)

Dominique (dleone), Friday, 19 May 2006 17:37 (nineteen years ago)

All I have heard from UFO or DIE was a song called suck my stomach, at least I think that's what it was called, anyway I really liked it, but you can't get that Cassette tape Superstar cd anymore. Sucks.

xgurggleglgllg (xgurggleglgllg), Friday, 19 May 2006 18:05 (nineteen years ago)

And of course there's that clip of them on youtube.....but that's it, I've heard nothing else!

xgurggleglgllg (xgurggleglgllg), Friday, 19 May 2006 18:09 (nineteen years ago)

Can someone YSI some Audio Sports?

I had a random Puzzle Punks track that came up on my iPod today that sounded like the Xiu Xiu stuff with the harmonium.

Funniest YouTube is the clip where Ey3 thrashes around in the bath and forgets to record it.

Also, there's going to be a vinyl version that is "slightly different".
