Any web sites with a list of all stand-up comedy albums released this year?

If there is one, I'd appreciate anyone providing the link.

Speaking as a stand-up comic, I don't know of such a site, in part (I suspect) because most stand-up comics handle the distribution of their own albums. There are a number of reasons for this -- most comedy album sales are conducted at shows anyway, there aren't any labels specifically devoted to stand-up comedy, only the best-known stand-ups will sell enough albums to attract the attention of a major label, and most indie labels (being pretty narrowly focused) aren't especially interested in releasing such a thing. (Sub Pop, which has in recent years released albums by David Cross and Eugene Mirman, is perhaps a bit of an exception.)

Might be a project, actually -- if it were a well-run site, it would definitely do something to raise awareness of stand-up comedy (in general), and in the wide variety of comedy being performed (in particular).

Geroge Carlin has a site that sells a lot of Stand up stuff...and i think also lists albums from the past . Try googling his name and see if you can find it . Can't remember the name
