track ID: North Plains Indians love song

Last year I found an LP of assorted American Indian music in the WOBC-FM vaults. There was one song by some North Plains Indians, a love song, and it had this amazing refrain: "Hey-ey baby-y-y, where are you tonight," or something along those lines. The lyrics were, obviously, unremarkable, but the performance was amazing. Of course, that record is now missing. I've scoured the 'world' music section, where I originally found it. I will probably try again after commencement, because if somebody stole it, they may return it before they leave. Google turns nothing up.

Do you know what LP I'm talking about?
