The Harry Fox Agency doesn't collect synchronisation mechanicals for works soundtracked to film and video - is this correct? If so, how do US artists collect synchronisation mechanicals? And do artists outside the States have problems collecting these mechanicals? All advice and/or rueful stories appreciated.
