I used to like Senser, but that new stuff sounds kind of pants.

Steve Fellows said it was looking likely the Comsat Angels would reform on BBC 6Music a few weeks ago.

Are Mogollar really back together? Dude!

Ned's Atomic Dustbin appear to have recoalesced, though I'm more bemused than anything else. Still, might be worth another couple of T-shirts.

yesss, dude, mogollar are gearing up for a north american tour sometime within the next year! i've got visions of them being as great as trad gras are/ were...

we were gonna get mogollar to play at this festival i'm helping put together in pdx labor day weekend that's probably going to be called HALLELUWAH, but it looks like we're getting the following three awesome old hippies (fingers crossed) to play instead.

MICHAEL HURLEY IN PORTLAND ON MY 40TH BIRTHDAY!

Much gratitude, Mike.

Going back to the thread topic, let us not forget Zolar X. Although that's old news, I still find it inspiring.

sleeve (sleeve), Friday, 26 May 2006 00:58 (nineteen years ago)

hurley's not a hundred per cent confirmed, i have to say. vashti is 99% confirmed at this point, as the whole thing sort of revolves around her being in the area for bumbershoot up in seattle.

if you were at jandek, you will be familiar with the venue...

Did I read somewhere that Kaleidoscope (the UK one, not the US one) aka Fairfield Parlour have reformed, or did I only dream that?

Stewart Osborne (Stewart Osborne), Friday, 26 May 2006 07:16 (nineteen years ago)

I d/l a remake of "Bordeaux Rose" by Peter Daltrey, apparently produced by one of Underworld. It was rubbish.
