Thank you, but I know the search function altrady. I've used it but I can't find any info about Pitchfork's Readers Mails.

If I started a parody thread called 'Whatever Happened to Pitchfork's Readers Wives?' and no-one was around to hear it, would it still make a sound?

DJ Mencap (DJ Mencap), Monday, 29 May 2006 07:07 (nineteen years ago)

Well, I guess nobody cares about Pitchfork around here. Must be NME or Mojo or Q readers.

Aditya (dan138zig), Monday, 29 May 2006 08:21 (nineteen years ago)

I think we would rather you have just asked this question on one of the myriad extant Pitchfork threads. /helpful

Results 1 - 10 of about 19,400 from ilx.wh3rd.net for pitchfork. is quite incredible though.

jed_ (jed), Monday, 29 May 2006 11:05 (nineteen years ago)

Well, the fascination is mutual: reporting the new Mountain Goats album, Pitchfork mystifies its non-ILM readers (assuming there are any) by listing the track names with the comment "Let the ILM thread begin now".

Momus (Momus), Monday, 29 May 2006 11:19 (nineteen years ago)

If there's one thing you can say about Jonathan D, it's that he's always been keen to advertise the fact that it is him and the lead singer of a popular beat combo posting on ILM, and allowing people such as random googlers and those coming from other sites the knowledge and opportunity to perform a kinda "meet and greet" function on ILM.

Next week, Amy Phillips shows you where you can find Henry Hill on Googlemaps.

Dom Passantino (Dom Passantino), Monday, 29 May 2006 11:45 (nineteen years ago)

Maybe Entertainment Weekly found ILM through Pitchfork... Blame them (either) if this board ends up as useless, moran infested and heavily spammed as usenet someday.

fandango (fandango), Monday, 29 May 2006 11:52 (nineteen years ago)

As if anyone on ILM gives a shit about The Mountain Goats.

The Notorious ESTEBAN BUTTEZ (ESTEBAN BUTTEZ~!!!), Monday, 29 May 2006 12:16 (nineteen years ago)

I think "Jonathon D" has been taking lessions from "Dom P"...

Pitchfork mystifies its non-ILM readers (assuming there are any)

?????

T/S:
Pitchfork mystifies its non-ILM readers VS ILM mystifies its non-Pitchfork readers.

the winner: Entertainment Weekly.

Aditya (dan138zig), Wednesday, 31 May 2006 12:32 (nineteen years ago)

not really, Dom. his name was always googleproofed and now he goes under a pseudonym.

jed_ (jed), Wednesday, 31 May 2006 12:40 (nineteen years ago)

Ever thought of, I don't know, emailing the actual site that used to run the feature to find out? I've heard that the editors occasionally answer correspondence.

You could specifically ask Katherine if she's still there.
