X post. Yeah but my title's better.

It's a very big picture, so I will just make it a link: http://www.warlordsofpez.com/img/satandayposter.jpg

Some might say that that is not safe for work, if you work in a convent.

"The End of the World" by Skeeter Davis would be appropriate.

do you bear The Mark?

latebloomer (latebloomer), Saturday, 3 June 2006 19:35 (nineteen years ago)

Ha, This year will be a nervous birthday for me. I'm turning 30, and my father died at 30. I was born at 6:26 in the morning on 6.6.76, and now it's coming to 6.6.06. I'm trying not to read too much into it this, but it's a little unnerving.

Jacobs (LolVStein), Saturday, 3 June 2006 19:55 (nineteen years ago)

And I've had the worst luck since birth.

Y'know, 666 was the old Jewish and Greek number for the Sun - it means light, joy, spiritual vitality. Is that cool or what?! 'Taint even one little bit evil, I'm sorry to tell ya!

Uri Frendimein (Uri Frendimein), Saturday, 3 June 2006 23:01 (nineteen years ago)

B-b-but the Bible tells me so!

Marmotdeth (marmotwolof), Saturday, 3 June 2006 23:15 (nineteen years ago)

B-b-but the Bible tells me so!

Haha, well I know you're being sarcastic, but for the record, the funny thing about the Bible: it doesn't say 666 is evil, only that it is the number of "the beast from the sea," which is that of a man. Check this out: the name Jesus Christ was crafted specifically to relate to 666, the number of the sun, in order to convert pagans who worshipped other solar deities. A very brief summation with enough evidence to fully explain this is here: http://www.jesus8880.com/gematria/666.htm

Why? Here's another interesting clue: the only other place besides Revelations where the number 666 is mentioned is in relation to Solomon's 666 talents of gold. Funny thing about Solomon: "Sol" is the Latin word for the Sun, "Om" is the Hindi word for the Sun, and "On" is the Egyptian word for the Sun. Solomon is basically the figure head of the 12 tribes of Israel during his reign as king. Solomon represents the Sun and the Sun Square and the 12 tribes of Israel are the 12 signs of the Zodiac.

Surrounding the Sun Square are the 12 divisibles of 666 which are attached to the 12 signs of the Zodiac.

666 = Pisces
333 = Aquarius
222 = Capricorn
111 = Sagitaurus
74 = Scorpio
37 = Libra
18 = Virgo
9 = Leo
6 = Cancer
3 = Gemini
2 = Taurus
1 = Aries

The name "Jesus" also adds up to 74 which relates to Scorpio. So does the name "Joshua" which was Jesus' real name before the Greeks changed it. Hmmm, who else is equated with Scorpio? "Scorpio Rising" give any clues? The venom of the serpent is deadly, but within its' head is the Draconite stone which heals all wounds. This is also called the "philosopher's stone" referred to in the Bible as the inexplicable "white stone:"

Revelation 2:17: "I will also give him a white stone with a new name written on it, known only to him who receives it."

Revelations is talking about the death of the personality coming into union with the divine and nothing more. It's frickin' Kundalini Yoga: the Serpent Power.

Maria :D (Maria D.), Sunday, 4 June 2006 01:38 (nineteen years ago)

Believe it or not, the 666 day is the day I take my last exam before graduating university. This exam covers about 25 chapters, therefore, it is easily a Satanic sort of exam.
