Country singer John Anderson's awesome "Seminole Wind" is both (though since it never influenced anybody except Donna the Buffalo, who covered it, I wish it was more seminal than it actually is.)

yep. as is "when it comes to you," which is like the best dire straits song of the past quarter century or something. (mark knoplfler wrote it.) and all three are on some good best-of CDs, too.
