Why can't I find a copy of SANG PHAT EDITOR anywhere on the face of the earth?

Even the rarest out of print titles I can find in the Amazon market, half.com, Ebay, used CD stores, etc. etc.

But this album I cannot find ANYWHERE! Was it even released on CD? Whoever got the copies of it is apparently holding on to them tightly.

I didn't have a problem finding it (it did come out on CD) a few years ago, but one possible problem is that there were a fair number of defective copies...or at least that's been my experience.
