Armed Audio Warfare

I just revisited Meat Beat Manifesto's 'Armed Audio Warfare' collection/album today and was pleasantly suprised at how effective it is in punishing a listener... but it's thoroughly delightful from start to finish. I don't remember the album being so good, oh, about ten years ago... but it's pretty much leapt up to easily sit alongside my favorite albums. Am I consuming too much caffeine lately or is anybody else particularly fond of Jack Danger's harsh early days?

Feel free to provide one of those links to past threads if this topic has come up before... (that being Armed Audio Warfare or Meat Beat Manifesto's early days).

Naw, I adore them early Meat Beat tracks. "Kneel and Buzz" and "Kick That Man" were far, far ahead of the DHR roster there... then again, Mark Stewart + The Maffia's "As The Veneer Of Democracy Starts To Fade" was ahead by even further... So get that record if you like "Armed Audio Warfare" for sure.
