Ah, the old Italo-euro beat synth conundrum. IMO I can hear an Oberheim OB-Xa, some sort of Roland Jupiter (probably an 8). Drums-wise some of it sounds like a Simmons triggered by some other machine.

Sounds like some early digital synth, a DX7, Synclavier or similar.
