Can ILM's obscure-60s music skillz help me find this single?

The single is Comes the Dawn by James Galt, and I'm looking for a copy. I know it was on a 1991 compilation called Footsteps to Fame, but beyond that I don't know much.

Apparently a (now-gone) relative was in the group (somewhat secretly) and now Teh Family know about it they would like a listen. I've tried a few music haunts, but keep getting pointed to ILM's wisdom. Can anyone help?
