Smoke sounds like a cross between André 3000 and Ludacris. Hugely entertaining album! Not so sure about the rock dude singing "I hate you so much right now" in bitter anti baby mama song, though...

yeah, "I Hate You" is terrible. "Blacker The Berry" and "At The Park" are great, though. I definitely get an early Outkast vibe from Field Mob, but I wouldn't compare Smoke to Andre or Luda. he's kind of hard to compare to anyone, really, his flow is so unique.

I have loved "So What" for months, but haven't heard anything else. I definitely intend to, and "I Hate You" sounds horrific.

I've only listened to this once. Didn't make much of an impression either positive or negative. I liked it more than not, though. I should pull it out again.

i like the title. it sounds like an album by one of those sorta forgotten alt-country dudes like chris knight or fred eaglesmith.
