This is truely shocking. Our very own Marcello Carlin, is threatened with physical violence on a rival messageboard for expressing his views on Paul Morley.

I haven't read all the 10 or 11 pages or whatever, but I used to have a book about Joy Division and early New Order, and it is still in fact my Bible of both bands and I cherish it immeasurably, but it is full of these intermittent pages of Paul Morley spouting off about Joy Division, and even at a very young teenage stage in my existence, I was baffled and unimpressed. What a load of toss. Thankfully his portions of the book are pretty minimal compared to the content of the book as a whole.

I read page 5 to get some kind of lead up to the reported threat of physical violence on p6, but found that I couldn't be arsed to read any more after that. They come across as a bunch of cocks, as no doubt would we to someone from that board. Why anybody would multiply the sux0r0sity in their life by posting to more than one board, I don't know.

I am repeatedly surprised how the Marcello I know (only) from "Church of Me" will occasionally appear and eviscerate someone in a one- or two-line comment, apparently just because he can. LIke we're all fools and he can suffer us only so much.
