wow, i had plum forgot about this album. i recall there being a few songs that were quite good, particularly the title track and "paranoia key of e".

that said, i do not care to imagine lou reed engaged in any sort of sex act. he also rhymed the words "prism" and "jism" on this album, i'll have you know.

it's not wrong at all. it's just lou reed. i love his music, but i definitely do not want to think about having sex with him, or about him having sex with anyone else.

oh, and that people look kinda dumb whilst in the throes of ecstasy, unless you're, uh, with them in that process.

i'd be all over it if it was bowie, or any number of other attractive older rock stars.

Hell, I think the cover of Lou's GROWING UP IN PUBLIC - with a haggard-looking Lou in his V-neck velour disco sweater - was far more offensive to look at!! Lester Bangs wasn't joking when he named it one of the Top 10 Worst Album Covers in THE BOOK OF ROCK LISTS.
