on some other thread people were talking about nu-promotional CDs that had been more entrtaining than the actual retail CDs - madvillain's album with its robot voice every 45 seconds, the modeselektor one with the radio show theme, and damian "I'm fucking COLD" lazarus' get lost replete mit a detached goth saying, "for promotional use only". what are other examples of this 'entertaining' (ab)use of the promo?

I suspected that might be the case w/r/t Modeselektor! I've only heard the retail version though :(
