Eco Case: How do you recycle promo CDs?

The cardboard sleeves, paper sleeves, U-cards and liner notes can go with "paper"

I'm pretty sure jewel cases can go with "plastic" (unless someone says otherwise)

Are CDs themselves recyclable?

I would say "no" considering they're composed of plastic with a layer of metal. If you sanded off the top foil layer, I suppose you could, but that's quite silly. But you can do many fabulous artsy-craftsy things with CDs; you don't necessarily need to dispose of them.
