OK, so who would you 'enjoy' a 11 CD 1 DVD box of all new but themed material?

Not Chris Rea, and his blues themed set. Don't like him but whoa! fair play to yez...

I'd nominate the Dukes of Stratosphear. One CD is not enough, and a psychedelical themed set by that man Partridge (and a few Moulding added for contrast) would be all I would need!

Who else is big enough to do something like this? And not suck bigtime?

But what would the theme be, guys! What would the theme be?

Oh, OK, cycling.

That's a trade-off I am quite willing to accept, sir.

I think there are a lot of classical and jazz artists who I'd at least want to hear parts of an 11 CD set of new stuff. If they announced the release of 11 CDs of live Miles Davis from 1973, I'd probably have to buy it.

As far as 11 CDs of new studio material, I mean, I'd be curious to hear it almost regardless of who it was, just because who puts out 11 CDs of new stuff at once?

jandek duz the original 13 colonies. but that would be 13 CDs.

xpost well, like I say, Chris Rea did. It's around £30, but I can't really spare the time.

Dominique's right about classical/jazz stuff. I'd dig 11 new CDs of Nurse With Wound or Boredoms too. Basically you want somebody who's not heavily about songwriting. 11 CDs of new songs sounds like a recipe for suckdom.
