Does anyone remember the song Blue Nile did with Chris Botti circa '97 entitled "Midnight Without You"?

That was a fabulous song, though I wouldn't have called myself more than a casual fan of Blue Nile at the time. The album from which it came wasn't bad either. I had a chance to see Chris Botti here in town and didn't because I'm a stupid bastard.

Up until a few years ago you could still drink in The Blue Nile bar in Glasgow where the band got their name. Then it changed to The Nile and now 'Room'. Do these people know what music history theyre fucking with?

I called myself "cement popsicle" in August of 2006? I sure as hell do not remember that.

Anyway I still like Chris Botti, so there. First few tracks on his first album "First Wish" I think, isn't it? Yeah that shit oughta settle it.

every time i'm hanging out with my parents for christmas they blast the xm smooth jazz station and my ears perk up whenever i hear chris botti. 2015 resolution is to dive into his discography

his blue nile collab is of course the most gorgeous thing
