six years pass...
The other night in Hartford, four songs were played over the PA, one of which was not 80's, nor R&B ("Aquarius/Let The Sunshine In"). One of them I recall hearing many times before, most likely during my youth on Adult-oriented stations, and when I worked at a grocery store when I was 18.
The singer sounds like Bill Withers, and the chorus sounds like he's singing "into the night" followed by female singers coming in and singing what sounds like "all night, all night." And this repeats a few times.
I've been sick in bed for the last few days, and have had this song stuck in my head for at least 30-40% of the time laying there and trying to recover.

Yes, they played that. Between Stone Sour and Deftones. I'm guessing Deftones purposely picked out some really inappropriate music to lead into their set. Surprisingly, some of the crowd was feelin it.
I should note that Deftones were the only reason I went to see this show.. that and the fact that it was $10.

And did Ned's message travel back in time? (In case it gets fixed, right now it reads February 26th, 2000.)

Wow, George Benson does the rock skate bounce while playing his guitar! Is there a thread for musicians demonstrating peculiar abilities on video?
