Mr Nothing may be recalled by some for his great album, The Psychedelic Saxophone Of Charlie Nothing on the Takoma label or even the more obscure self released records he cut. This single was the last of those, and it is a monster. The A side vocal slides all around the place with flutes, crazy guitar, staggering percussion and voices, like some mutant offshoot of Starship Beer crossed with David Peel And The Lower East Side. Very groovy stuff. And, lest you start to get strange ideas, the Dingulation concept has to do with the musical instruments that Mr Nothing fashioned from junk automobiles.
