Do you know this song

Heard the second half of this song twice on the radio now - no discernable chorus - trying to think of a comparison - possibly wilco...or a meandering neil young song like 'cowgirls in the sand' but not more melodic.....vague description i know....all know it's a new band - the last lines are something like
"when we get back they're all mixed up / with no one to stay with "

or is that "play with"

also something about a fountain being built...possibly? anyways - someones gonna get it from those lines i'm guessing
