holly valance (of flick from neighbours fame) has released a single, 'kiss kiss.'

i downloaded it from audiogalaxy, and what do you know - i'd heard it before!: it's a massive turkish hit from 1999 by the superstar heart-throb tarkan, entitled 'simarik'. i only knew this because a)my best friend is heavily into tarkan and b) i work at a functions centre and simarik gets played at every single greek wedding we host (see - music conquers all!)actually, i mentioned it in an earlier thread about kissing songs, before i knew what it was.

anyway, i digress. the video is 'raunchy', flick is 'fucken hot', but does she have what it takes to break through the one hit wonder barrier and maybe even make it in america? her voice is like a de-squirreled britney - i quite like it. and choosing the turkish song was a smart move, trading in on the whole 'get ur freak on' middle-eastern thing. check out the erinsborough news here.

Yeah - my sister told me about that. Her friend had visited Turkey around that time when Tarkan made it a massive hit. Cool. But I agree that Valance's video = "eye"poppingly http://www.uky.edu/Projects/Chemcomics/assets/images/argh.GIF

Tarkan is hot hot hot! Although I played "Sikarim" when I was DJing last night and nobody cared. Fools!

Is there any need for her to be completely naked in this video? I mean really.
