I never have a problem getting rid of CD's. The bug-bear is they never have any re-sell value. I can't git all emotional about 'em I'm afraid.

The thread question makes sense though, doesn't it? I've had quite a few CD's that went out of print or were rare or whatever and I held on to them even though I could have sold them on ebay and made some money. And then they were reissued or officially released or whatever and now they are practically worthless.
