I know for certain that John Lennon was quoted as loving "Showdown" and sort of saying ELO were "mini-Beatles" or something like that. No idea whether he liked "Tightrope" or not, but I guess he did as long as he liked good music. :)

"Twilight" and "Diary Of Horace Wimp" were both very close to ending up in my Top 10 too btw.

Btw. even though it didn't quite make my list, I also have a soft spot for the one ELO track on "Xanadu" that wasn't a single. "The Fall" is one of their best ever 80s tracks.
