there is quite simply not enough love displayed here for these four (mostly) northern but now (i think) oxford-based crystalline post-rocking funsters.

the new album, flyover, is sublime: two parts gossamer teardrop to one part hewn-from-rock, er, ROCK. and "peacon" would still be in my top five songs of all time.

no, they don't bring anything particularly new to the party. but what they do, they do perfectly.

anyway: i look forward to this thread slipping into the murk within the week, with a maximum of two replies.

this particular song, tho, is far too gossamer teardrop to convey the spirit of the former bulgarian footballer imo
