Lawrence Of Arabia 7" early version - Does anyone know more?

Back in 1978 Spizzoil would come on stage to M. Jarre's Lawrence Of Arabia. It was a more sparse / minimalist version with more piano than the movie version and it was on 7" vinyl. I'd love to get hold of a copy or more info on it eg. Cat no. label.
Does anyone know more or even heard it?

There is a UK 7 inch EP with four numbers from the soundtrack to Lawrence of Arabia but it's the same versions as on the soundtrack LP. I think this must be one of either of these two UK single which are both from 1963 - the same year as the official Lawrence of Arabia soundtrack: The b-side of a 1963 single on Columbia (the a-side is "My Heart Remembers") by the Philip Green Orchestra; or a single on Decca by Frank Chacksfield and his Orchestra. The track in question is entitled "The Lawrence Theme".

It's on this boxset which doesn't have a tracklist here and isn't on Discogs for some reason. It has a big piano bit on it so my hunch is that Spizz is talking about this version.
