...the Beta Band would have broken up/died after releasing only their first EP, with Dry the Rain, I Know, B+A, and Dog's Got a Bone? I still enjoy the rest of the 3 EPs, and selected tracks from Hot Shots and the S/T, but damn, they really nailed it with those first four songs, didn't they?

got ya. what i'm-a-sayin' is that if you had said "first of the three Eps + Inner Meet Me" i would have agreed. As it stands, i disagree.

I dunno. Some of those tracks were a bit boring and Dry The Rain was a rip off of Primal Scream. I preferred the other two EPs tbh.
