arthur lee sang for the American 4 in his pre-love days and they did this kicking number called "Luci Baines" -apparently quite a lovely president's daughter. any others?

on a much smaller scale, a local band called small goods have been singing a song about a friend of mine whose dad was a member of state parliament for a while (as well as having been a footy player/coach, writing books involving atrocious puns of his name, and just being a slightly irritating jack of all trades/man about town/of the people)

the rumor was that Hall & Oates's "Rich Girl" was about Patricia Hearst, though Daryl Hall has denied it. [yes, I do know this. you're welcome.]

Loudon Wainwright III's "Liza," about his childhood playmate, Judy Garland's daughter. I guess she's sort of important. And then there's LW3's "Rufus Is a Tit Man," if you want to carry this a bit further.

Didn't Camper Van Beethoven have a song called "I saw Jerry's daughter"?

Actually Duane's old band The Axelgrinders did "county farm" which also mentions Ms. Hearst.

McCarthy's "Charles Windsor" - I guess his mum's pretty famous (and his bloody grandmother too, bless her late right-wing cotton socks).

Oasis "Little James" ?

How about "The Bastard Son of Dean Friedman" by Half Man Half Biscuit ?
