There is a better forum for this, i know, but i have to ask it here because of increased exposure. On a BariJag, can you fit it with regular baritone strings without a truss rod adjustment? I have read conflicting reports about this online, and was curious if anyone had personal experience..

No one here cares. You will be lucky to get a barrage of insults, if anything. You should post this on I Make Music. http://ilx.wh3rd.net/newanswers.php?board=12

well, i have done that in the past, only to find that the people who would respond to such a question read both the forums. And I think that people here care...they care so very deeply.

anyway. i had planned on posting this on both.

J.Grizzle - wrong place for this, but I care VERY MUCH about the wondrous thing which is the Baritone Jag.

The best place to get the info you need is here : http://www.fenderforum.com/forum.html?db=&message_area_number=25&lastpost=2006-08-3101:10:11

This is the offset (Jags, Jazzys)sub-forum of the Fender Forums (Fora?, Forae?).

Ah yes, the Big Cat page. I have stumbled through there a few times, and a lot of what I read is ambivalent to say the least. I'll get more in depth in there..

But I am glad you recognize the singular beauty of the Big Cat. I have been tracking mine, and it is due to arrive via Fedex today. Cheers
