The Dave Clarke Five had hits with two songs called "Everybody Knows"

George Michael had two "Freedoms", one w/ Wham!

Annie Lennox split from the eurythmics so she could sing another "Why" song. Although that was "(Don't ask me) Why"

"Something" is on the Butthole Surfers' first EP (A Brown Reason To Live) and it's also on PIOUGHD, where it's a Jesus And Mary Chain parody/cover type thing. (it's very much like the music of the JAMC's Head On (also covered by the Pixies) but with other lyrics)

Damn, a list thread :-(

Its not if there is explanations, and no numbering.

The saints had "Know your product" and "No, your product!" on the same album.

Oh, and Mike Oldield had a song called "Sally" on one album, but if you got the first pressing, it was a totally different track to later ones.

two years pass...

Kylie Minogue have recorded two songs called "Love At First Sight", although there were 13 years between them.

Also there's The Police with "Synchronicity" and Depeche Mode with "It Doesn't Matter", even if both numbered them.

Not that fond of the second one, but the first "It Doesn't Matter" is a beautiful song and one of the highlights on the "Some Great Reward" album.
