Podcasting Advice

I want to make my radio show into a podcast, I have my own webspace now, and I thought I could do it with Feedburner. However Feedburner seems to only let me make any audio posts in my blog become part of my podcast, what I really want is to be able to upload my show into a folder every week and have a link I can give people to subscribe so that they automatically get it as soon as it's uploaded...

Surely this is easy...how do I do it?

you might have to pay a little money, but I use podomatic.

yeah I looked at some sites...felt that I'm already paying for webspace...but maybe I will just have to pay

I hosted "podcasts" (aka big mp3s) on my own site for a while, but the bandwidth charges were insane (over $100 a month at points). Podomatic is only like ten bux a month and it's pretty handy.
