The 80s seems like a generation that gets a bad wrap - but then you try it later on and it has these surprise moments of brilliance. like everything was going so wrong that something had to go perfectly to contrast it.

I'd like to hear some stuff put out like 78-80s - stuff that doesn't quite fit the mold. or it does but only enough to qualify it as interesting-80s and not bad-80s. ideas?

i wore chaps cologne in the 80's. couldn't stand the smell of polo. and i wore my dad's grey flannel! if i smelled that stuff now i would fall down and go into ronnie raygun coma.
