except of course such a thing doesn't exist. (yet.)

fueled by thoughts of neo-electro and a lot of booze i had my first pop dream in MONTHS. i missed them, even though this one made me sleep like shit. and for some reason, the two parties couldn't be filmed, so the entire video consisted of stills and images being manipulated, except it was also full of weird (i assume) totems of the "electroclash" (ereeeurgggggh) generation: the covers to "dare!" and "computer lover"...the fronts of famous clubs like danceteria (which of course i've never seen...)

new recent music related dreams, etc. go now!

Dreams nothing, sounds like the type of thing a creative editor could easily do right now...

No, look. I'm serious. The Kajagoogoo album had moments of staggering brilliance mixed with embarassing, unbearable cheesy tracks. You have to sort out the wheat from the chaff yourself.

the 12" mix of "too shy" is ridiculous - a 5 minute instrumental intro of phased out drums, mick karn style talking bass, brittle guitar, and icy italo synth, into an epic hairs-on-back-of-neck disco-drama vocal-drop moment. nick rhodes was a genius.

This thread title got me all excited. Thanks, ILM.

Yeah, really, I mean WTF? How about starting threads about things that DO actually exist?

"When Kajagoogoo split up all four of U2 wrote to me. The Edge put 'Nick , we're all thinking of you...' stuff like that."
