Anyone heard of a band called The March?

Just wondering if anyone has heard of a band called The March? The CD I believe was called Conspiracy. I found it a while ago and wrote it down to look at later not thinking much of it, but it is absolutley a useless name and album to type in on google to find anything about them. They were kind of a folk rock punk band with political lyrics, and were compared to New Model Army the Levellers and U2 (early stuff, War era). Nothing on Amazon or allmusic of course, I don't know how else to find them? A track listing or record label, anything would be helpful. Thanks greatly for any help.
