Indie Music People Directories or Data Bases? Please advise.

I am preparing to release a nice indie rock record...I will need to pick and choose who I do a media mailing to...does anyone reccommend a place to buy current data base/directory for indie press (print/internet) radio, and retail. The music is rock n roll ala garage-psych-pop. It's really fun. Thank you.
