Need source info of an image posted on ILM

Someone in a moment of brilliance posted a jpg that featured, I believe, The Mysterious Dr. Fu Manchu (or a similar clandestine Asian medical expert with matching facial hair--I can't remember the original wording).The image looked like it could have been a movie poster or a comic book cover, something hand-drawn from the 40's or 50's. I failed to save the image, and the conventional methods for locating (image searches) have failed to generate.

Does anyone remember the thread or the image I'm looking for? I need it for another snarky comment on another blog--comic timing is hanging in the balance here.
