also hi i'd like to say that the new SANDOZ LAB TECHNICIANS joint on last visible dog is really pretty good. the western lands. i think i own everything by them but the one they did on c-psi-ph and that sweet triple-lathe thing. anyway, this is better than the last one i heard by them, synaptic acres.

and since i almost never get promos and people live to talk about promos i will say that the somethings #1 comp on last visible dog is pretty good except for the andrew deutsch/joe mcphee track and the last three tracks (sarah peebles, ilya "improv champion of internets" monosov, preston swirnoff) are really, really nice.

new circle album sounds like it's on some mellow, jazzical ECM shit. i wish they'd just release forest II.

Yeah, I hear that new Circle album rules though.

Green Blues is one of the most awesome things I've shoved in my ears lately.
Also, recently acquired the Skull Defekts' Open the Gates of Mimer, which is also really great.
And the Pengo album's cool.

Anyway, there's my two cents for the moment...

i found the new circle (tower that is) way, way too wankily busy for the first few songs. everyone tinkling away at once. but the final two tracks are amazing.

who's dug on the new Lambsbread LP? Can't wait to get ahold of that one.

man i don't like that new Circle either, i didnt like Miljard and I dont like this one. I think they need to stick to their NWOFHM thing, they rule when they blast stuff

who's dug on the new Lambsbread LP?
Stereo Mars? Dunno, doesn't really live up to their hype imo. i love them, but i've heard better things by them

i'm psyched about Charlie Draheim though, crazy spirit. Check out the 12" Possession. Also, every solo Dilloway album has been worth it, the just reissued Beggar Master is intenssse

I'm tossing up whether I should hit the notnotfun Bored Fortress 7" club. I'd like to hear the GHQ/Ex-Cocaine one. I loved Keep Amercia Mellow.
