i think the request for no recruiters is a reasonable one, they just phrased it stupidly.

congress is a great club. i've deejayed there a few times. i cant imagine recruiters ever deciding to set up camp there for any show, let alone BBML.

Their original phrasing isn't even all that horrible -- "military entities" should clearly read as, like, official military representation! Random military personnel on their off hours are not "military entities," no more than a DMV employee in her house is a goverment office.
