"Cry Baby Cry" Cover

I am trying to locate a cover of the Beatles classic "Cry Baby Cry". It may not have been performed by an all-female group, but the lead singer(s) were definitely female, and the vocals were either double-tracked or harmonized. I thought it was Siouxsie and the Banshees, but apparently I was mistaken; Throwing Muses' "Cry Baby Cry" proved not to be what I was thinking of, but became one of my favorite songs anyway. Does this sound familiar to anyone? I think it was recorded in the '80s, but I'm not positive. I'm gonna be really embarrassed if it turns out to the Breeders or someone like that. I can't imagine why another cover version of this could possibly be more interesting or better than the 'Muses version, but hell, I'm open to suggestions.

The Muses "Cry Baby Cry" is a totally different song. It's an excellent tune in its own right, but it's not a cover.

Okay okay but wait a minute here...I know it sounds like a totally different song, but that version on the Chains Changed EP was credited to Lennon, McCartney or both, and I know that for a fact.

well, inner dialogue did cover it. but that's more of a funky thing with fuzz guitar. though there are two chicks singing.
