This sounds like Ugly Duckling.

Dom Passantino, Friday, 13 April 2007 19:43 (eighteen years ago)

I mean, they'd be rapping about Pog caps rather than crack, but still.

three months pass...

anyway this song is really awesome. probably the most egregious non-r. kelly example of an extended metaphor running its course, but this is like "chain hang low" if it was good, which i always wished it would have been.
not like joc'll ever top "it's going down" but this is worlds better than "i know you see it." does he actually have staying power!?

Young Joc strikes me as very amiable, for some reason.

The Reverend, Sunday, 22 July 2007 08:05 (eighteen years ago)

I have this theory that every verse he has recorded for every song is actually from the unedited extended cut of "It's Going Down."

if i die and go to heaven it's giong to be a boom boom room with yung joc and young dro

funny mental image of joc unwittingly rapping for six hours straight as the "it's going down" loops behind him before someone stops him and tells him that he has indeed been rapping for six hours straight.

J0rdan S., Tuesday, 22 January 2008 21:19 (seventeen years ago)

"A Couple Grand" is so dope, why is that not on either of his albums?

Alex in Baltimore, Tuesday, 22 January 2008 21:23 (seventeen years ago)

if i die and go to heaven it's giong to be a boom boom room with yung joc and young dro

hahaha out of context

The Reverend, Wednesday, 23 January 2008 04:34 (seventeen years ago)

I'd like to sit down and eat a sandwich with Young Joc.
