Sample This: "Paul's Boutique" vs. "This Is the Day...This Is the Hour...This Is This!"

I love both discs, both of them had (and presumably still have) websites devoted exclusively to deciphering and cataloguing the samples within, both of them are great replies to those who (still) feel that sampling is a way to mask talent and originality and creativity instead of showcase it, and I have a tough time choosing which disc is better for showcasing sampling. I would probably wind up going with Pop Will Eat Itself instead of the Beastie Boys if I had to choose, the deciding factor being that I just happen to like that album better in general but I don't think you can go wrong either way. Or are there other contenders I am forgetting/don't know about?

My vote is paul's boutique.
Please don't overlook the obvious: Avalanches - Since I Left You.

is nobody going to mention Endtroducing because the sources are so obscure?

I'd also add Edan's Beauty and the Beat and De La's 3 Feet High, in terms of showcasing sampling.
