This unfairly discounts the rights of people who didn't vote because they hate polls though. I mean, you might as well have asked some people who hate fox hunting to participate in a 16 team fox hunting tournament for the right to ban fox hunting.

That there are 17 people professing to be Geir Hongro might explain a lot though.

Although, if you add the "June" votes to the "Yes" section, assuming all those who voted "Yes" would also vote "Yes" in june, that would make a majority of intervening action of 33 to 20.
