Weird to oppose a producer with a label. Motoguzzi 'cos they're friends.

Quick capsule review: I wish this album was edible.

i really like that album. i've been listening to it for four months after reading the rave about it on RA. i don't think my appreciation for it has increased or decreased even slightly. it's a fantastic effort by bruno. great textures and layers and extended digressions into the rhythmic possibilities of the hand clap.

hopefully it brings the west coast techno some overdue national and international exposure!

Seems like international is mostly the kind of exposure it's gotten so far. I feel a little provincial and sheltered; it had to come out in the US for me to catch wind of it.

i am! it took a minute to grow on me, but it is very nice indeed.

I made the mistake of buying the 12", so I only have about 25 minutes of it, and I have to flip it over (echh).

Nice though. I've always found Bruno to be good but not fantastic, but this is definitely among his better pieces.

He has a new album out 'Lovers Do'. A+ for me, it is deep enough to drown in.

yes it's very good, but prlly not as good as "the make up the break up" which is a masterpiece imo

It is on the way already.
