If anyone has had the good fortune to catch Musicians with David Wild, let me tell you, you are in for a treat. Watching David Byrne interview on Sessions is less painful. I thought Inside the Actor's Studio was the most insidious self-congratulatory crap, but this is the exaltation of mediocrity at its finest. David Wild is to music journalism as Louie Anderson is to game show host. Anyone agree?
