it's come apart where it was once glued along the bottom. elmer's glue? glue stick?

I use this stuff. It's a liquid glue, but the bottle has a glue-stick-like applicator on one end. Be sure you put a piece of plastic inside while it's drying so you don't glue the sleeve shut.
