The only Dan Fogelberg song I like. Plays in parts like a re-write of Harry Chapin's "Taxi". The final line: "The snow turned into...rain". The narrative: realistic? poignant? romanticizing?

Sorry to be disagreeable, but when she spilled her purse by the frozen foods, I laughed until I cried at how sappy the lyrics are.

Not that I'm any big fan of Dan's, but some of the very early stuff is at least honest folk music - even if it's rather weak.
